October is a very busy month for 4th grade!

Here is an update of what's going on in 4th grade.

First we have the general PTA meeting 4Th grade dinner on Thursday, October 18Th. Room Moms will be contacting you to help setup and/or serve. Setup begins at 5:00pm, and serving begins at 6:00pm. The proceeds will support 4Th grade activities for this school year. A letter was sent out asking for donations, this event will benefit from those donations.

4Th grade is also responsible for working in the Garden for the month of October we will be weeding, cleaning and adding mulch. Parents will need to bring your own gloves and bring gardening tools if you have any. Saturday, October 20th, 8:00 am - 10:00 am. All we need is for parents to volunteer minimum 1 hour to cover the 2 hours. Please volunteer to keep your school beautiful.

In addition, we have the Fall Festival on Friday, October 26th. We need everyone's help to make this event a success. Our grade is responsible for 3 games, 1 experiment & drinks. A sign up sheet was sent home with your child please volunteer for a shift to help cover our activities.

4Th grade Fall Festival games, Marble Shoot, Duck Pond & Tattoos, 2 stations for the experiment (sink the boat) and Soda's and Water.

Each classroom is responsible for a silent auction basket as well. The 4Th grade theme is "Fun with the Family!" Your Room Moms will be sending out more information about the baskets in the near future.
