For the protection of students and staff, all applicants for volunteer work within the district are asked to complete a form authorizing the district to obtain a criminal history background check. A new form must be filled out and submitted each year. Forms are available on this website in Adobe Acrobat format and may be printed out, completed and returned to your campus.
